Who was Wilde Rose? Legend has it, she was a shy inhibited secretary named Edna Armstrong from turn of the century Boston, who, upon seeing firsthand the wild country west of the Mississippi, chucked her Irish lace, typewriter and steno pad for some rawhide, a split skirt and a cowpony.

With a face as fair as a flower and a puma-like temper, she soon became known as "Wilde Rose" by friend and foe alike.

She then created and ran the wildest "All Girl Rodeo Show" in the west for well over 14 years. They say she made a fortune in silver mines, then ran away with an Italian Count Fact or Fiction? You decide!
Wear some art dedicated to her wilde, untamed ways!
